This Privacy Policy describes Venue S.S.C. policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use the service while informing you about your privacy rights and how law protects you.

Venue S.S.C. is planning to use your personal information to provide and improve a service. By using the service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this privacy policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation: The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in a singular or in a plural. 

 Definitions: 

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy:

Account: a unique account created for buyers to access our services or parts of our services or parts of our services.

Venue SSC/ The Venue: For the purpose of MCPA, refers to vendor stand on site as Venue SSC.

Buyers: Clients from of the streets, returning without membership, or making online purchases.

Artist: The creator on display via creation of art work being displayed.

Content: Art or Product in question for sale, also includes any and all IP "intellectual property" for Venue SSC.

Client information includes: email, phone contacts, digital account info, card info, addresses, "sales", likeness, impressions, and motivations.

Information Disclosures

As the Venue grows into its projected form buyers and members will be asked for information relating to email, name, and contact information in order to account for venue business and revenue. Documentation of content for sale, also includes buyer and member information "for Venue accountability". All payment information received for business purposes are subject to the MCPA (Mississippi, Consumer, Protection , ACT) at the start of every service being rendered.

Vibe Paintings:

Buyers or members are subject to a consulting portion of the service where they are asked to disclose sensitive information about the art in question. Personal artwork utilizes subliminal tact to create the desired effect depending on request, the Venue can only be held liable for information received to create said art and not the discovery of a viewing admirer's discernment, while in view of content. ART: is a suspension of emotion (energy in motion) that in which is the cause of a genuine reaction to the world, the studio creates art, not protected messages.

Toddlers Art:

The children of buyers and members may be photographed with the art they create. Personal information may be viewable in the art created, it may be wise to request privacy if there are concerns.

Memberships:

As an account holder with the Venue, information is necessary to connect and deliver Art in regards to Venue progress, show, viewings, or available products.

Venue SSC has plans to introduce discounts, promos, and relative information to Venue relations for temporary uses and subject to expiration.

The information in question includes; email, phone numbers, digital information, addresses, and possibly card information.

Procedures:

If there is any policy violation, share your concerns the Venue or Nova2serious. This ensuring the safety of everyone including the Venue and its premeditated property!

Non-Violence Policy

This is a non-violent and coinhabiting service directly provided on a personal level.

The Venue does not tolerate outside drama or violence; service may be subject to cancel if clients remain unable to respect the environment they are in. Peace officers will be called immediately if there is an escalation in sexual harassment, physical harm is brought to any person, if anyone is threatened in a heated argument, if someone is displaying signs of aggression with the expressed opinion on following through. or if someone is promoting violence towards kids, elders, animals, woman, or any individual preforming a will to shop at The Venue.

Discrimination Policy

Venue S.S.C is ready to welcome all walks of life and does not discriminate against toward or with any specified background. In addition to physical sexual orientation, let it be known that it is a strictly enforced policy made for the protection of every consumer and employee involved under Blac.ART at the Venue S.S.C.

Harassment Policy

The Venue does not tolerate any sexual harassment, and prohibits unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and other verbal, physical, or visual conduct of a sexual nature that creates a hostile work environment or affects employe decisions at sensitive moments.

Procedure: If anyone should feel harassed sexually Venue S.S.C. is committed to helping provide safety as a witness and supporter if necessity, for safety only (no shelter included)

Biological Waste/ Hazards 

Blac.ART is not licensed for the removal, processing, or containment of hazardous biological waste. This service is unable to store or clean any type of biological waste that could possibly harm or jeopardize individual safety. Venue S.S.C. and its service Blac.ART is a ecofriendly service and plans to institute many projects to aid in the help of nature's wildlife while living normally focusing on its environmental growth and progress. At the same time Venue S.S.C.  is highly invested in helping recovery and cleanup with proper precautions for safety available. Until then Blac.ART is not in possession of permit or materials to handle or secure a biological waste.

You are responsible for your own bodily fluids and will be held accountable for if necessary.

Psychology + Wellness

Nova 2 Serious is not a licensed therapist or a physician practitioner.

As an artist emotional connectivity and the plasticity of wellness coincide like the very foundations' life is formed from. I have my beliefs, but I must warn that my opinion on psychosis is a brood and untethered cycle of thought spiraling into our essences and then back out of us. Here with Blac.ART you learn new possibilities that blur a border or cue to draw the line. 

Which is why we have accommodations available that imply a softer practice is available to a wholistic balance in thought. Truth is the only tool available, and ego is the biggest enemy to man, disguised as insecurity in women it is the foundation of consciousness and will all together.

Here we dispel the psychology and reach for wellness under natural terms.

I am aware I have so much further to go, but I am working under the most unconventional conditions as a member of communities in America itself......

Reparations Fee: "Pending Stimulus" 

African Americans consistently face social challenges, with calls or sears to social justice. Meanwhile there is no accountability for certain actions. To help those that find this social request impossible (paying reparations) for your personal choice or historical background and wealth. Service may be subject to termination or disconnection. The goal is to add value where its due, if my labor is profitable so should yours be. Although I charge a direct fee, many individuals continue to under pay and undermine families through business practice and extracted labor. This reparation fee serves as a discount for those in need and targeted through business practices. Only difference is I preyed for their peace over mine.

This is an opt in deal: 35% of the purchase total before taxes, and reparation discounts only can be given in relation to if anyone opts in. (Rep Fee, Rep Discount)

The Venue has a strict No Tolerance Policy for Fraud and Theft

To start this business recognizes trades of services or quality goods, contracts, invoices, or agreements are available upon request.

It is in the interest of every party involved to document each service conducted as business.

The Procedure goes as follows.

Each electronic sale will be confirmed with a physical exchange of Invoice and property. 

"This is considered a local business, so purchase is required before receiving your property. "

Peace Officers will be called if there is any malevolent behavior. Chaos and confusion have no grounds here.
