For safety concerns you should allow nova to give you a rundown on the equipment being used.

Notice: Art created has been done in the presene of or around inside pets.

Exclaimer: This is a prototype Studio built from scraps in the backyard, you should take all advice given with your safety in mind. Even then mature adults would definitely enjoy this experience with all the hype about fast pace its good to slow down sometimes.

The Studio is built to display up to 5 canvases at one time without isles.

Paint:The paint being used is store bought and is washable, conforms to ASTM D 4236 Aka ACMI. Acrylic paint is also available upon request after the additional fee.

Security: There isn't a security guard on duty. Law is applied in the established vending area, fair warning!

UV Hazard: We might be located in direct sunlight for moments out of the day, might want to pick a nice time to visit or bring protection.

Seating: If you have back problems or leg problems it might be difficult or possibly uncomfortable visiting because of the setup for Sirius C. Maybe the future Studio will look different or be a little more comfortable

Biological Waste/ Hazards 

Blac.ART is not licensed for the removal, processing, or containment of hazardous biological waste. This service is unable to store or clean any type of biological waste that could possibly harm or jeopardize individual safety. Venue S.S.C. and its service Blac.ART is a ecofriendly service and plans to institute many projects to aid in the help of nature's wildlife while living normally focusing on its environmental growth and progress. At the same time Venue S.S.C.  is highly invested in helping recovery and cleanup with proper precautions for safety available. Until then Blac.ART is not in possession of permit or materials to handle or secure a biological waste.

You are responsible for your own bodily fluids and will be held accountable for if necessary.

In Case of Emergency

First of if there is a real Emergency, please dial 911 or the appropriate authorities for the emergency at hand.

There is no crisis plan just a Crisis procedure:

Check for safety and make sure life or threats are secure and remain in its place of origin.

If there is a fire the Venue is prepared to contact the local fire department.

If there is a medical emergency The Venue is automatically contacting 911, whilst identifying the medical problem.
