Service Quality is maintained in the head of the client. 

I provide an abstract view not a specified doctrine ritual or otherwise.

All sales final, Quality is determined based off the choice of service rendered, goes to say spending more would get you a higher Quality.

Currently surviving and struggling in my own life, so please give me an opportunity to adjust to each order size as i try to maintain a new business, fatherhood, being unemployed on and off, and homelessness on and off.

All Art is processed with copy rights in mind. If you plan to use any Art for a logo or any business or profitable reasons it would be wise to divulge such information prior to purchase.

Due to financial and safety concerns Venue S.S.C. will not host or solicit any crowds shows or public gatherings to display or demonstrate artwork without permit or license. The Venue has a liability to safety and fully serviced clients. All bookings or accessibility to catalog purchases will be scheduled and planned in a safe manor according to city ordinance and safety regulations with appropriate permits and permissions.

Corrective Action

Blac.ART is committed to corrective action with an appropriate time to respond to conflicts or problems. As a professionally experienced worker for ten years, I can assure the invested time shall be a wonderfully liberating experience. There are regular audits, inspections, and safety procedure checks to ensure the commitment of Blac.ART.

Nothing is perfect so there is an evolution in the performance I provide as an artist. I provide open forums on my social accounts along with my contact information on all sites. Any mistakes or grievances please contact or notify me (Nova or, venue host).

Concerns

Social "Don't Judge"

For recreational purposes social standards are meant to respect the environment, the individuals in this environment it's animals, plants, concisions, and otherwise living.

Most of the social cues at Blac.ART partially reflect the Inaugural annual report for the commission on the social status of Black men and boys, dated December 2022, Washington D.C.

For the purposes of social justice this operating venue has a ser fee for socially challenged individuals that use racially motivated comments with heavy hearts or the intent of oppressing into coercion. It is a value from a not yet recognized church and its prewritten bylaws. Expressed under religious value this procedure is the creation of reality itself and preordained by GOD nature and the spirits of life.

Venue S.S.C. has a No Tolerance Policy for Theft, Fraud, Harrassment, Drugs, or any Illegally motivated acts of Origin, Decent, and or Procreation.

This Venue is openly looking to create a family environment, so discretion is subject to how well you respect your surroundings! Venue S.S.C.  isn't nor will it ever be a place for gambling, gun sales, tobacco sales, or resale of any kind (excluding collaborative art with other local artist). The Venue has no wishes to travel across state lines with illegal property for sales. The Venue is unaffiliated with alcohol sales, production, or consumption. The Venue doesn't hold depts or requested favors for exchange. The Venue claims all responsibility for its employees and property. The venue vows to process every payment with MCPA in mind and spirit.

The Venue is ready at every moment to hold accountable persons or members who violate this policy of no tolerance toward Fraud, Theft, and Drug polies goes as follows.

Drug Policy

No Drugs 

NO Tobacco

No Smoking or Vaping In Personal Spaces

Procedure: Respect your environment and the people within it, please.

This non tolerance includes: 

Unmarked Pills and every drug deemed illegal by the U.S. Federal Gov.

In Case of Emergency

First of if there is a real Emergency, please dial 911 or the appropriate authorities for the emergency at hand.

There is no crisis plan just a Crisis procedure:

Check for safety and make sure life or threats are secure and remain in its place of origin.

If there is a fire the Venue is prepared to contact the local fire department.

If there is a medical emergency The Venue is automatically contacting 911, whilst identifying the medical problem.
